Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kids & Cookies. By accessing or using our website www.kidsandcookies.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully completed and an order confrimation has been issued.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised or where circumstances require it.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euro (€), no VAT is currently charged.

  • Payments are accepted through available payment methods, including GooglePay [which may include PayPal, Revolut, credit/debit card].

  • Prices may be updated at any time; however, this will not affect orders that have already been confrimed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer deliver within Malta only, on pre-agreed dates communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Delivery times are provided as guidance and may be subject to change due to unforseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been prepared or delivered, unless required by applicable consumer law.


5. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • Kids & Cookies operates as a home-based bakery. While we take care in preparation, our baked goods may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, sesame and nuts. 

  • Gluten-free and sugar-free options may be offered; however, cross-contamination is possible, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this risk.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and contacting us with any questions before placing an order.

  • Kids & Cookies cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from the consumption of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on this website, including text, images, logo, and design, belong to Kids & Cookies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • No content may be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kids & Cookies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays, delivery issues, or improper storage or use of products after delivery.

  • Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta and applicable European Union regulations.

  • Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Malta.
