Chocolate Fudge

A rich, chocolatey bake I really enjoy making

Chocolate fudge is one of my newer bakes at Kids & Cookies, and I really like it.

It’s a simple recipe, very chocolatey. What I love most about this chocolate fudge is that it tastes like pure chocolate. It’s rich, soft, and melts in your mouth - and honestly, it’s better than any other fudge I’ve tried so far 😊

One of my favourite parts of making chocolate fudge is cutting it into neat squares once it’s set. I like taking my time to make the pieces look just right.

I also choose my chocolate very carefully. I learned how important good chocolate is from my mom, and I use professional baking chocolate with a really rich taste. It makes a big difference to how the fudge turns out.
