Chocolate Honey Puffs

A crunchy chocolate bake I love making

Here is another bake from Kids & Cookies — my chocolate honey puffs.
This recipe started because my brother loves peanuts with chocolate and kept trying to make me taste it. It always looks delicious, but I don’t really like the texture of nuts.
So I tried something different and discovered that chocolate with puffs is just as good - maybe even better. The puffs give the chocolate a nice crunch without the nutty feeling, and that’s what I really like about them.
Milk chocolate is my favourite, and when I bake, I like to use really good chocolate because I think good chocolate makes a big difference.
What I enjoy most about making chocolate honey puffs is the crunchiness of the puffs mixed with smooth chocolate and a small touch of honey. The mixing part is also very satisfying to watch as everything comes together.
I make these all by myself, and I’m really proud of how they turn out. They’re fun to make, easy to snack on, and great to share with family and friends.
If you love chocolate with a bit of crunch, chocolate honey puffs are one of my favourite bakes to make and share.
