My name is Ethan and I love baking.

Kids & Cookies started because I really like being in the kitchen with my mom. We bake cookies, cakes, and sweet treats together, and it makes me very happy. I also love sharing what I bake with other kids (and grown-ups too!).

When we bake, I help choose flavours and ideas. I like using simple ingredients and fun colours. I’m not a big fan of icing — it’s too sugary for me — but I love chocolate, fruit flavours, and cinnamon (that’s my favourite!). I always try to make cookies that taste good and also look good. And I already have recipes that I make all by myself.

On this blog, I’ll offer you what I’m baking, new flavours I’m testing, and fun things from the kitchen. All baked goodies you'll find here are homemade, from genuine ingredients, in small batches, with a lot of love and care.
